VISION is a flexible "search and source" product comparison tool with advanced features that help brokers to customise a solution for each client. This flexible sales tool follows a series of easy to use steps, using a client’s personal requirements to generate a search and produce a relevant product comparison.

Mortgage Managers

Mortgage Managers are able to build and price their wholesale products on VISION, which are then included is any product ’search and source‘. This provides a professional and independent representation of both the wholesale home loan products in comparison with the retail options.

Lenders

Front End – Sales

Lenders are able integrate VISION into their own ’front end‘ sales software. This provides a product ’search and source‘ from their own home loan products only, therefore ensuring that the customer is provided with the product that suits their requirements, irrespective of the experience level of the Lending Manager.

Back end – product maintenance and integrity

Updating product information can be a cumbersome process for Lenders, as they will have to provide aggregators with multiple product changes in varying formats as well as keeping their proprietary websites up to date.

The true "VISION" will enable all Lenders to provide an XML feed in a LIXI compliant manner to multiple internal and external stakeholders in a controlled release, reducing both manual labour, increasing efficiency and accuracy of the "product updating" procedures, thereby reducing ongoing administration costs.

Software Vendors

To ensure maximum flexibility, this product hub, VISION, was built as a separate component that could benefit the entire industry to evolve and embrace the future of data exchange.

Software vendors are able to integrate a VISION solution into their own CRM software using a choice of integration options:

  1. Subscribe to the VISION data XML feed
  2. Integrate the Point of Sale (POS) component of SENRO into a proprietary system with corporate branding and colours
