V4.0 Training

Solution4 is pleased to announce that we have entered the final testing phase of Version 4.0. We expect this testing phase to continue for approximately 2 weeks, we will then be ready to release the new functionality.

A number of users have requested centralised training for Version 4.0. For those users who prefer centralised training, Michelle Colbran (formally Michelle King) the Director of Solution4 will personally be conducting training sessions during September at a number of locations. We will also be providing both Video training accessible from our website, with downloadable user-guide.

IMPORTANT: Training is not compulsory but this will be the only centralised training being offered. We recommend you attend and book early to guarantee availability. Please note that telephone support will not be available for users who elect not to attend a training session, all queries regarding new functionality will be directed to the user-guide or video training. You will receive some fantastic enhancements in Version 4.0 and we urge you to invest in your business to learn how to use them properly. This training session will also give you the opportunity to share ideas with both Solution4 and other SENRO users.

Training sessions are offered at the following locations but before we can confirm the venue, we will require a minimum number of attendees. If you would like to attend centralised training, please advise us of the 2 closest locations. This training session is not computer based, but full training material will be provided. A training fee of £75.00 will apply. Solution4 is happy to discuss a discount for companies able to offer use of their training room facilities.

2. Viewing rights, navigation controls and team structures.
3. Managing Sources, including linking marketing campaigns, events, promotions and referrals.
4. Importing your commission statements for instant reconciliation (including trails).

6. Configuring channel, company and staff commission rules.

1. Workflow diary and Outlook integration
2. New opportunity management tools.
3. Fact finds and OBP integration
4. Offline tools (release date October)
5. Morning Star integration
6. Marketing campaigns, events and promotions.

We would also like to conduct a 30-45 minute session to demonstrate Sales functionality currently being deployed in the Australian market, to help us understand if there is a need for this functionality here. This includes:-
